Kartikeya is an entrepreneur, property investor, and founder building businesses across property, technology, and consumer brands.

Prior to becoming a full-time entrepreneur, he spent nearly two decades in banking and technology, leading large-scale regulatory, transformation, and technology programmes for global financial institutions. This experience provided a strong foundation in strategic planning, risk management, business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and business growth.

Through Crusader Properties, he acquires, develops, and manages property investments using a range of strategies including Buy-to-Let, BRRR, Rent-to-Rent, Serviced Accommodation, and other creative investment structures. His focus is on identifying opportunities, creating value, and delivering sustainable long-term returns.

Through Crusader Softwares, he works on the development of technology solutions that solve real-world challenges within the property sector. This includes property investment analysis tools, deal sourcing platforms, and StayRelay, a booking relay network designed to help serviced accommodation operators maximise occupancy and recover otherwise lost revenue opportunities.

Through Crusader Retails, he is building consumer-focused brands with an emphasis on quality, sustainability, and long-term brand value. Current brands include Vrinaya and Orivani, with a focus on creating products that combine purpose, customer experience, and commercial scalability.
